Private use

HatchSolo Lite is provided by Ant vs Bear Ltd as a private tool for the owner to use with their own companies. Permission to use the tool is limited to that purpose. These public pages do not offer access to a public accounting service.

Not professional advice

The tool does not provide tax or accounting advice. Tasks, figures, and other outputs must be checked by the owner and, where appropriate, a qualified adviser.

The owner remains responsible for all filings, records, payments, deadlines, and compliance obligations of their companies.

As-is provision and no warranty

The tool is provided as is and as available, without warranty to the extent permitted by law. Ant vs Bear Ltd does not warrant accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law.
