Who operates this tool

HatchSolo Lite is a private, single-owner tool operated by Ant vs Bear Ltd for its own use. These information pages are public; this is not a public accounting service.

This milestone is an information-only site. It has no database, authentication, OAuth flow, or active QuickBooks connection. The accounting-data practices below describe the intended connected tool.

Data and purpose

The connected tool processes QuickBooks Online accounting data from companies the owner connects and, later, bank transactions. The purpose is to show tasks and prepare figures for the owner.

Service providers

The service providers for the tool are Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the database, and Intuit for the QuickBooks API. Anthropic is planned for receipt reading later. Only hosting is relevant to this public milestone; the other integrations are not active.

We do not sell data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Processing by the listed service providers is solely to operate the tool.

Security and retention

The connected tool will keep credentials encrypted at rest. This milestone does not collect or store connection credentials.

Connected accounting data will be retained until the owner deletes it or disconnects the company. Data deletion will also be available on request.
